Our History
HighlyWired was founded in 1999 by Allan Ruse, who remains the company's managing partners. Allan has been involved in different aspects of the computer industry since the mid 80s. His concept for HighlyWired was a unique one: bring together an elite team comprised of experienced programmers and graphic designers, and make available high-caliber customized software services to a broad base of clients.

Over the years, HighlyWired has experienced steady growth and now lists many top companies including Intel, Microsoft (MSN), CBC, and TSN as clients in both a contracting and subcontracting function. HighlyWired currently contracts with approximately a dozen programmers, software developers, graphics designers and project managers throughout Canada, focusing on the Greater Toronto area
